Hot desking is very popular at the moment for clients wanting to move out of their home offices, cutting costs or just to enjoy the convenience of working from a serviced office.

As hot desking implies shared space, we are very careful who we allocate spare desks to and we also limit the number of people per room to a comfortable level; therefore you would not find yourself next to a busy telesales likely to disturb you. We currently have a desk available in a recently refurbed office, overlooking the Chapel Place on the top floor.

Pantiles Chambers has 15 serviced offices in Tunbridge Wells, from 1 workstation to 10 workstations in our largest office. Each office is fully furnished and equipped with:

  • 24 hour access
  • secured with CCTV, electronic access control and alarms


We offer flexible terms based on a one month rolling contract with rents fully inclusive of: business rates, utilities, maintenance, insurance, cleaning and furniture.

Our fully manned reception and friendly secretarial and support staff can assist with your communications and secretarial needs. We have all standard office equipment available including faxes, photocopiers, scanners and printers.
